I went in to have a problem with my air conditioning repaired, specifically a leak. I was told that the problem had been fixed, and I paid for the service. However, just three days later, I had to return because the same problem was still occurring. When I went back, I was told that they now needed to repair the same issue they had previously told me was already fixed. I was then told that they apparently hadn’t repaired what was actually wrong with it in the first place. This was extremely frustrating because I paid for a repair based on what I was told, only to find out a few days later that the issue had not been properly addressed. To make matters worse, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. He would not allow me to speak or explain the situation and kept interrupting me. His behavior made an already frustrating situation even worse and left me feeling like I was being dismissed rather than having my concerns addressed. I expect a business to be honest about the work being performed, communicate clearly with customers, and stand behind the services they charge for. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. On 4/9/26 my car told me that my tire pressure was low. I got out and could hear the air going out of my tire. Thankfully, I was only a few minutes away from Eagle Tire & Service. Russell the store manager was so kind and even though they were closing in 45 minutes he assured me that they would take care of me. They discovered that both rear tires had nail and staple in them. They check all my tires, fixed everything and I was on my way. I am in Hattisburg visiting my granddaughter but it is good to know that I have a place that I can go if needed again. I highly recommend Russell and his team at Eagle Tire & Service on Hardy Street in Hattisburg MS

We had a flat on our trip from the coast. The guys at Eagle Tire were very helpful and quickly got us back on the road. Highly recommend!!!

Eagle tires merged with Goodyear save the day again. I thought I needed to four sensors. They hooked me up with an honest quote and said I only needed one tire sensor. My mechanic said this is the best place to get your oil changed for the sake of quality and longevity. I watched TV, pet some dogs, drank some coffee while waiting. Russel got me situated at the front desk and couldn’t have been more helpful. Out of the thousand places to get your oil changed this seems like the number one hitter.

I had an emergency issue with a tire on the interstate so we called Eagle Tire (Goodyear) in Hattisburg and they got us in quickly to change out the spare. Its placed close to the intrastate for anyone traveling that needs tire service. Matt works the front desk and was 5 stars.
